pangs and twitches,

stitches and pain,

cramped up, rolled up,

extra tension, it's insane

how tight, frazzled, twisted up,

wrung and squeezed brain

and body, bruised, used, fused,

this same body that onced amused and mused.

Now night and day, day and night
