As I go

 

As I go 
gently, deep, into the wild
inside of me,
the further I go
the calmer I become.
As the wild is dark and light,
a thin veil of shadows,
past and now,
the me in me is both;
duality of darkness and brightness.
Let the me inside and out shine,
for within me the warmth is pouring 
like wax melting, magma, lava,
through fire, desire, passion and fierce creativity,
with great density and integrity.
I now see, what are real and unreal,
a time of serenity and clarity.
As I walk into the sage woman,
the Goddess of all is chanting,
screaming, dreaming, crying, 
dancing with all the moons
she danced with, and more
and more
and
more.

A gathering that fosters connection and well-being through rhythmic, joyful movements inspired by the seasons, to bring peace within and to the world around us.

The session flows giving a sense of community, while also incorporating yoga and mindfulness to promote self-expression and relaxation.
