Family Yoga session 


 for parent and toddlers to young children under 4

10 am to 12pm







Then on Friday 30th 




Kids yoga session

 10 am to 11 am

 for 5 to 9 years old - just kids; parents can pick up at 10.45 and have biscuits and tea until 11 am.


Minimum donation £5 per family
there will be a short break for tea and light snack available at 11 am



Perhaps we use the space in the garden for outdoor play and snack time or the small back room as a quiet 'waiting area' for the adults and toddlers who finished the first session and wish to stay while the older children are in the room with the yoga teacher.

The short introduction about mindful parenting leads to a conversation about diet and nutrition for you and your children.

Understanding our relationship with food and our health, creating a healthy relationship with food and deepen it by maintaining the right attitude, understanding balance and energy and the foods that match your body type, life style and needs. Learn about the energies of different foods and methods of cooking and learn to cook for yourself and your children to create happy wholesome and balanced people. 

12 am to 4 pm@ Blackheath Church of Ascension (where we hold Acorns sessions)
£25 per person (includes cookery class, ingredients and tasting of food!)

Spring Cleaning - inside and out

Featuring yoga, body movement, sound energy work, nutrition, spring energy, cleansing foods, detox.

Detox means not only flushing out stuff from the body, eating cleansing foods, but also getting rid of unhealthy energy;
 This workshop will be for the mind, body and souls, making an impact even at a cellular level clear and allow space for the positive.
 Let's learn how creating boundaries, creating respect, allowing space, creates more space for creativity, love and relationships, including time and space for yourself. 
When  we take the dead leaves off a plant we allow it to breathe and grow better...

This is balance, this is Spring Cleaning.
